2. What information is collected and how do we use it?
2.1 Categories of Information Collected

(2)Location information (only applicable to specific services/functions): various types of information related to your location, collect area and country codes, city codes, mobile network codes, mobile device country codes, cell identification codes, area names, Latitude and longitude information, time zone settings and language settings.
Login Information: Information related to your use of certain features, mobile applications and websites, including anonymous identifier technology, IP addresses, network request information, temporary message history, standard system logs, and system crash information.
(3)Other information: Environmental characteristic value (ECV) (the value generated by the Kaadas smart APP account, mobile phone ID, connected Wi-Fi account and location information).
(4) Account Credentials: Information about your account credentials, including passwords, password security questions and answers, etc.
We may also collect other types of aggregated, anonymized or non-identified anonymous information that is not directly or indirectly associated with an individual. When using certain services, the device model and system version number of the user's mobile phone device may be collected. This information is collected to improve the quality of service we provide to you.
2.2 Storage of personal information

We will store your information in a secure way, including local storage (data caching by the APP), database and server logs.
Under normal circumstances, we will only store your personal information for the time necessary to achieve specific functions or under the conditions stipulated by laws and regulations. (6)Create your Kaadas account. Personal information collected when creating an account through the web pages or our mobile device is used to build a user's personal account and profile page.
(7)Provide location-based services. When using Kaadas Smart and accessing our devices, we may use location information to determine the time zone of the device to ensure accurate display of the time in the device and log in to the service area. And according to your choice, the corresponding device function experience will be turned on for you in advance. You can turn off this feature at any time by going into your device settings or by stopping using the app.
(8)Device access. To operate the device through the App, it is necessary to verify the authenticity of the device. Therefore, we will need to verify the legal identity of the device by verifying the factory MAC and DID information. In addition, when the device needs to be connected to the network, the device needs to be set to the corresponding network through the APP. In this process, you need to enter the corresponding Wi-Fi name and password. This information is only used for the device to configure the network. The Wi-Fi and password data you fill in will be encrypted and stored locally on the device and will not be uploaded to the server. You can enter the device at any time to delete the information. At the same time, we need to select the optimal networking method for the device by judging IP and network signals to ensure the stability of the device's networking.
(9)Device status display. It allows you to view the device status remotely, so that you can always check the operation of the device.
(10)Set up automated tasks. The event information reported by your device (the information comes from the device you added, and the specific information that can be set depends on the scope of your privacy authorization for the device. Each added device will provide the device provider's privacy policy and related terms, and you can choose whether to agree to it or not. ), which can be used to create your own automated tasks.
(11)Provide push service. The account number and IMEI number will also be used to provide the Kaadas smart APP push service to send device notifications to users. You can turn this feature off at any time by changing your preferences under "Message Settings".
(12)Collect user feedback. The feedback you choose to provide is invaluable in helping us improve our services. In order to track the feedback you choose to provide, we may use the personal information you provide to contact you and keep records.
(13)Send notification. From time to time, we may use your personal information to send important notifications, including notifications about abnormal device operating status, push notifications customized to your device (subject to your purchase of additional devices), our terms, conditions and policies change.
3. Provide externally
At present, we will not actively share or transfer your personal information to a third party. When Kaadas and third-party service providers need to share your personal information, Kaadas will contractually stipulate the practices and obligations of the third party and comply with applicable Local data protection laws, Kaadas will contractually ensure that third-party service providers comply with the privacy standards applicable to them in your jurisdiction. When you access your Kaadas account, you can choose our two-step verification program for better security. When you send or receive information from a Kaadas device to our servers, we ensure that it is encrypted using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) and other algorithms.
Your personal information is all stored on secure servers and protected in a controlled facility. We classify your data according to importance and sensitivity and guarantee the highest level of security for your personal information. We guarantee that employees and third-party service providers who access this information to help provide you with products and services have strict contractual confidentiality obligations, and failure to meet these obligations will result in disciplinary action or termination. Our apps may access certain features (Wi-Fi network status) on your device. This information is used to allow these applications to run on your device and to allow you to interact with them.
